Finally I finished the drawing. I think It is a shout for help from nature, where a lady-tree: Arbolita and 2 beings of nature almost touching hands are emerging from vegetation and a flower. Meanwhile the toothed flower-mouth grabs the soil that is supporting the arbolita.
